How do I remove scratches from a screen protector?

I just bought a screen protector for my iPhone and the next day my friend scratched it. It cost me a lot of money cause it came with a kit and I realize that the protector IS serving its purpose… but still it would be nice to save some money. Oh, and my friend is really close and I won’t except money from her for something like this… its not worth it.

Any places around Joliet, Illinois to have an Invisible Shield by Zagg installed?

I have a BlackBerry Storm and I’d like to have an Invisible Shield by Zagg installed on my device. I’m afraid to do it myself as I’ve never been good installing screen protectors and the Storm is a complicated device to do this on. I’m afraid of allowing the solution to enter through the open spots in the screen and ruin my phone so I would like an experienced installer to do this. However, I’ve looked on Zagg and they only have installation on mall carts and none of them are anywhere near me. Is there anywhere to get it installed around here?

[I'm in the Joliet, Illinois area which isn't to far from Chicago so I'm a bit shocked there isn't one. I'm nearly convinced there has to be a place that installs them in my area as it doesn't seem possible there isn't.]

Is Sprint’s HTC Touch Pro 2 the same as US Celullar’s HTC Touch Pro 2?

I’d like to buy one of those mirrored screen protectors. The problem is my HTC is with US Cellular and it seems like there are no mirrored screen protectors for US Cellular. They have one for Sprint and I was just wondering if it would fit?
